We started varsha services in 2006 and we are into multiple services viz.,trading, arranging various types of loans (subject to eligibility),arranging bank guarantees,LCs from banks, trying to assist entrepreneurs to reduce losses, travel services.
In trading we are service provider for iron ore, manganese ore or any other material. We don’t keep stock of material or buy and keep stock.
We negotiate with buyers, take their requirements and PO and approach sellers and negotiate with them and arrange supply from sellers. we do not keep any stock and only arrange supplies from sellers to buyers directly. We ensure quality, quantity of the supply and arrange logistics.
In the iron ore supply, earlier the mines owners were accepting small payment as advance and balance after supply or at the time of supply or just before loading of material for supply.
As traders, in 2006 with small investment of 5.00 lakh we supplied iron ore lumps at a value of 80.00 lakh And earned bonus for supply of quality material. We have arranged supply of about 6000mt iron ore lumps from orissa to spong iron and pig iron manufacturing plants for domestic purpose. Thereafter from 2007 we discontinued, as suppliers wanted 100% payment before loading and buyers intend to pay only after unloading of material. We do not want to take this risk factor. So we stopped.
